PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of stably performing a repair of converting a bright point defect into a sunspot without decreasing the aperture ratio of an array substrate.SOLUTION: The display device of the present invention includes: a substrate 7 having a plurality of semiconductor switching elements; an island pattern 1 for repair formed on the substrate 7; a pixel electrode 4 that overlaps the island pattern 1 for repair in the plan view and is formed so that it is in non-contact with the island pattern 1 for repair; and a common electrode 2 that overlaps the island pattern 1 for repair in the plan view and includes a repair connection unit 5 connected to the island pattern 1 for repair.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
