PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer peripheral wall structure which comprises an exterior heat insulation structure and a bearing wall, which dispenses with execution of work for an interior finishing material, and which has high fire resistance to fire occurrence from an indoor side without increasing a construction cost.SOLUTION: In the outer peripheral wall structure, a heat insulation panel 15 is provided on an outdoor side of a framework. A fireproof board 51 is attached as a bearing wall on an indoor side of a column 11. A heat insulation panel 15 having an interior finishing face material 15b with fire resistance is used on the indoor side. A stud 16 is arranged on the outdoor side of the heat insulation panel 15 without arrangement of the stud on the indoor side of the heat insulation panel 15.
