PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cooling performance of each section arranged in a housing case.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle battery includes a plurality of battery modules each having a plurality of battery cells arranged internally, an auxiliary apparatus for charging, and a housing case 2 for housing the plurality of battery modules and auxiliary apparatus. Cooling air is taken into the plurality of battery modules from air intakes, respectively, and the battery cells are cooled. The center of the plurality of battery modules in the lateral direction is deviated from the center of the vehicle in one lateral direction, the auxiliary apparatus is arranged at the other end in the lateral direction, each air intake is located between the right and left ends of each battery module in the rear thereof, and an air introduction port 55a for taking the cooling air into the housing case from the front side is formed on the side opposite from the side where the auxiliary apparatus is arranged, with reference to the center in the lateral direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15 |
