PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyisocyanate composition that is soluble in a low polar organic solvent, exhibits a high coated-film hardness when made to be a coated-film and is less likely to produce a coated-film shrinkage in a wet-on-wet coating step of the coated-film.SOLUTION: Provided is a polyisocyanate composition obtained from an aliphatic diisocyanate and alicyclic diisocyanate, and a mono-alcohol, and in which the mole ratio of the structural unit of the aliphatic diisocyanate to the structural unit of the alicyclic diisocyanate is 75/25 or more and 95/5 or less, and the mono-alcohol contains 2 or more of mono-alcohols having 3 or more and 20 or less carbon atoms.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
