摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant velocity joint which can reduce loads generated by balls when a joint angle becomes maximum.SOLUTION: Since PCR clearances of a constant velocity joint 10 at both-end regions are set smaller than those of center regions of rotation axial centers Cout, Cin of ball grooves 22, 26, it is suppressed or avoided that an interval between the ball groove 22 of an outer race 12 and the ball groove 26 of an inner race 14 becomes large compared with the case that balls are located in the center regions when the balls 16 are located at both end regions of the ball grooves 22, 26, and movable regions of the balls 16 in the ball grooves 22, 26 are limited. By this constitution, loads generated by the balls 16 to the ball grooves 22, 26 are reduced. Furthermore, balls 16 hardly ride on edges of the ball grooves 22, 26. By this constitution, in the constant velocity joint 10, the loads generated by the balls 16 when a joint angle becomes maximum can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
