The present invention relates to a numerical control-based integrated rebar processing system including: a main controller controlling the integrated rebar processing system; a rebar step type loading and placing device including a loading stand on which reinforcements are placed, a frame, a chain rail, a rebar dividing unit, a crank shaft step ascending unit, a transferring stand loading unit with an angle conversion bar and an advance unit and a rebar transferring device; a rebar cutting and discharging device including a cutting device, a discharging stand discharging the cut reinforcements to a preset location, and a rebar conveyor smoothly supplying the reinforcements necessary to be cut to a rebar bending device; and the rebar bending device composed of a loading stand and a bending module rail formed into an integrated welded structure, a bending head bending the reinforcements, a rebar loading device automatically supplying the reinforcements to the bending head, and a clamping device minimizing the movement of the reinforcements when bending the reinforcement by fixating the reinforcements. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the integrated rebar processing system capable of successive loading, transferring, cutting and bending the reinforcements and the processing method thereof. |
