The present invention relates to a safety filter for a syringe, comprising: a porous support; and a membrane which is laminated on the porous support and filters foreign substances included in a drug, wherein the porous support comprises: a core unit placed in the center; and a shell unit which is placed by being enclosed in an outer side of the core unit and is melted at the low temperature in comparison with the core unit. Reliability can be improved by preventing a phenomenon where a melting adhesion unit of a filter falls apart.
