A sandwich panel according to the present invention comprises: a pair of external panels which are spaced apart from each other; a thermal insulator filled between the pair of external panels; an upper heat blocking plate and a lower heat blocking plate which are made of a material having a higher melting point than the combustion heat of the thermal insulator and are inserted horizontally across the thermal insulator; and a water pipe which is made of a material which may melt due to the combustion heat of the thermal insulator and is inserted between the upper heat blocking plate and the lower heat blocking plate. Using a sandwich panel and a building wall using the same, according to the present invention, has advantages in that if the thermal insulator inside the sandwich panel catches on fire due to a fire outbreak, the fire can be extinguished at an early stage because water is sprinkled toward the thermal insulator; the fire in the thermal insulator is prevented from spreading upward to thereby reduce fire disaster; and it is possible to construct a building more simply because it is possible to supply water even without installation of additional water pipes. |
