PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-core full duplex optical communication module that is capable of transmission and reception with one optical fiber, that suppresses near-end reflection return light with a simple structure, that has little loss both in transmission and reception, and that is highly efficiently coupled with a large diameter optical fiber such as POF. SOLUTION: A polarizing film 4 is arranged in the optical path for the reflection return light SR1 of transmission light S1 emitted from a light emitting element 6. The reflection return light SR1 is absorbed in the polarizing film 4 and is not made incident on a light receiving element 7. Signal light R1, which is light emitted from an optical fiber, passes through the polarizing film 4 and is coupled with the light receiving element 7. |
