PURPOSE: To provide a rotary electrical component that is standardized with a lower cost. CONSTITUTION: The rotary electrical component is composed of a shaft member 2 and a rotary member 3 formed as separated parts. Hence, if the two members 2 and 3 are separately made and assembled together, they are readily standardized to result in providing the rotary electric component at a lower cost compared with a conventional one.
