PURPOSE:To enhance working efficiency, by providing a transparent film tape so as to cover the surface of a sensor and making the same movable to the longitudinal direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:A sensor 1 is arranged in a casing 4 so as to expose only the sensor surface 1a thereof to the outside and a transparent film tape 14 is moved while guided by guide rollers 9, 12 and cleaner rollers 7, 8. Further, rollers 7, 8 are respectively subjected to rotary driving by motors 15, 16, and the rotary directions of the motors 15, 16 and the number of rotations thereof are controlled to control the moving direction and distance of the tape 14. When the tape 14 is moved, the surface of the tape 14 is cleaned by two cleaner units 5, 6. As a result, the surface of the tape 14 positioned in front of the sensor surface 1a is always held to a clean state. Therefore, working efficiency can be enhanced. |
