PURPOSE:To enable an electronically controlled fuel injection device to be equipped on a small engine having no battery, by connecting a combustion control device to a power changeover switch via a constant-voltage circuit, and connecting a dry cell to one of input terminals of the power changeover switch. CONSTITUTION:4 combustion control device 8 which controls the fuel from a fuel injection nozzle 5, and a power changeover switch 14 are connected to each other via a constant-voltage circuit 18. One out of two input terminals of the power changeover switch 14 is connected to a dry cell 16, and the other to a generator 2 provided on an engine via a power stabilization circuit 19. And, the outputs of the power stabilization circuit 19 and the dry cell 16 are input into a voltage comparator 20, so that the power changeover switch 14 can be changeover-controlled by means of the voltage comparator. Accordingly, the combustion control device can be operated by the generator 2 during the operation of the engine, and at the time of starting it can be operated by the dry cell 16, thus even in an engine having no battery, an electronically controlled fuel injection device can be equipped.
