<p>PURPOSE:To make line structure compact by conveying a right and a left doors as one set by the same conveyor between a door removing station and the input station of a fitting line, and between the delivery station of the fitting line and a door fitting station. CONSTITUTION:At the time of conveying/assembling automobile doors, a right and a left doors removed from a body at a door removing station 1 are conveyed together as one set by the same input conveyor 6 to the input station 7 of a fitting line 4. Both doors are then transferred from the input conveyor 6 separately onto a pair of fitting conveyors 8R, 8L. After this transfer, a fitting process is applied to both doors while conveying them separately by the fitting conveyors 8R, 8L in the fitting line 4. After this fitting process, both doors are transferred again as one set onto a delivery conveyor 9 from the respective fitting conveyors 8R, 8L in the delivery station 10 of the fitting line 4, and conveyed together from the delivery station 10 to a door fitting station 5.</p> |
