<p>A hand tool in the form of a trim knife for use with wallpapering has a body with a forward part (19) profiled to form a crease in wallpaper, there being within the body a cutting blade carrier (28), which is moveable both slidingly and pivotally relative thereto, its sliding movement extending or retracting the cutting blade (56) out of or into the body, in use, and its pivotal movement allowing the part of the carrier with the blade to be swung out of the body to permit blade replacement, there being lock means (66) to prevent sliding movement to extend the cutting blade and also locking means (61) to prevent pivotal movement for blade replacement.</p> |
