PURPOSE:To obtain a lubricating oil for cryogenic temperature working of aluminum condensed phosphoric acid (salt) and a surfactant in a specific proportion, having a prescribed pour point and a prescribed viscosity, excellent in moldability and corrosion resistance and useful as automotive parts, etc. CONSTITUTION:The lubricating oil contains (A) 2-20% one or more compounds selected from condensed phosphoric acid (salts) such as polyphosphoric acid and (B) 0.1-2.0% surfactant, has >=-40 deg.C pour point and <=20mm<2>/sec viscosity at 40 deg.C and is used for press working aluminum (alloy) at <=-50 deg.C. Furthermore, the aluminum (alloy) is preferably press worked by applying this lubricating oil to the surface of the aluminum (alloy) plate, dipping the resultant plate in liquid nitrogen, forming a lubricant film, then taking out the obtained plate and carrying out the press working within 30sec. |
