PURPOSE:To provide a cooling system to perform stable conveyance of ice water. CONSTITUTION:A cooling system comprises a heat accumulating device 66; a heat pump; a loop on the heat pump side consisting of a piping and a valve, through which the heat accumulating device and the heat pump are interconnected; a piping 62, a pump, and a valve through which a cooling load, the heat accumulating device, and a cooling load are interconnected; and a loop on the load side formed such that ice water being cold fluid is conveyable. The heat accumulating device 66 has at least a cold water tank 63 and an ice water tank 61 and is provided with a mixing device 58 to mix together cold water in the cold water tank 63 and ice water in the ice water tank 61 and feed ice water to an ice water feed piping 62, and an ice content rate detecting part 60 measures an ice content rate in ice water in the ice water feed piping. The mixing device 58 is provided with a control device 59 to effect control so that the ice content rate is adjusted to a specified value by means of a signal from an ice content rate detecting part.
