PURPOSE:To make a layout process that a user desires possible by recognizing whether the layout process is automatically performed by items of document data on the basis of layout information and selecting processing contents when it is recognized that the layout processing is automatically performed. CONSTITUTION:The recognizing means 3a of an automatic layout processing part 3 recognizes whether or not the layout processing is automatically performed by the items of the document and when the layout processing is performed, a selecting means 3b selects a kind of the layout processing. Therefore, the automatic layout processing is controlled by the items of the document and the processing can be selected. Consequently, the layout processing that the user desires can be performed through easy operation. |
