PURPOSE: To easily input different kinds of characters which are repeated. CONSTITUTION: This device and method are equipped with a 1st mode switching means 11 which switches a 1st mode to a 2nd mode wherein a 2nd document is prepared when the 2nd document needs to be inputted while a 1st document is inputted by a 1st input means 11, a 2nd input means 11 which inputs the 2nd document in the 2nd mode, a 2nd output means 15 which outputs the 2nd document, a storage means 14 which stores the key sequence of the 2nd document while the 2nd document is inputted by the 2nd input means 11, a 2nd mode switching means 11 which switches the 2nd mode to the 1st mode when the input of the 2nd document ends, and a storage output means 14 which outputs the 2nd document with the same data with the 2nd document when the same data are inputted through the 1st input means 11 if the 2nd document needs to be inputted again during the input of the 1st document by the 1st input means 11 switched by the 2nd mode switching means 11. |
