PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall material with light weight and excellent mechanical strength by forming a cubic material such as a circular cylinder by partly coupling a plurality of peripheral surfaces of a linear resin foamed moldings, and providing spaces along the long axes of a resin foamed molding surfaces. SOLUTION: A matrix-like structure member 1 is formed of a plurality of rod-like resin foam moldings 4 having many foams 3 in skins 2. The each molding 4 is formed by partly coupling the adjacent moldings 4 to the peripheries of the skins 2, bundling them and forming in a cube such as a circular cylinder, a prism or a cone. In this case, the member 1 has spaces 5 formed along the long axes of the moldings 4 between the moldings 4. The resin for constituting the member 1 includes, for example, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, ABS resin, polycarbonate, and polyethylene.
