PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to uniformly mold a molding material without releasing between a carpet and a thermoplastic sheet by extruding the material to a female recess to mold it in a bucket shape by the expansion pressure of a blanket by introducing the pressurized air into a closed space. SOLUTION: The peripheral edge part 13 of a molding material 2 is clamped by the peripheral edge of the operating surface 6e of an operating mold 6 and the peripheral edge flat part 9 of a female mold 7. Then, pressurized air is introduced into a closed space 14 formed of the surface 6e and a blanket 6a via a gas passage 6f to expand the blanket 6a. The material 2 is urged to the recess 8 of the mold 7 by uniform force by the expansion pressure, i.e., the pneumatic pressure in the blanket 6a to mold it in a bucket shape. Immediately after the molding, the mold 7 is cooled. The pressurized air in the space 14 is connected to an exhaust port 6d via the passage 6f by switching a switching valve, exhausted, then the mold 6 is opened, and a molding is removed. |
