PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the anti-aliasing of the silhouette edge with frame buffer of the smallest size. SOLUTION: A video interface accesses a frame buffer so as to retrieve the foreground color of edge pixels touching the silhouette edge in 606. Then the video interface evaluates the background color of edge pixels according to the foreground color of adjacent pixels close to the edge pixels in 608. At this time, the video interface performs interpolation between the foreground color and background color so as to determine the output color of the edge pixels in 610.
