PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of heat at the time of writing, to enable the flow of high electric current for writing and to miniaturize a magnetic head by using a conductive coil which works at a lower specific resistance than that of Ag. SOLUTION: A core 2 is wound with a coil 1 consisting essentially of Cu, Nb3 Sn, V3 Ga, V3 Ge, BiGa, CuO or Sr and having <=1.59×10<-6>Ω.cm specified resistance in the temp. range from -30 deg.C to +120 deg.C or consisting essentially of Cu, Nb3 Sn, V3 Ga, V3 Ge, BiCa, CuO or Sr and having <=1.59×10<-8>Ω.cm specific resistance.
