PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time for setting a component on a printed wiring board and to prevent mistakes by providing a metal pipe having a screw hole and a cap composed of a bifurcate fitting piece. SOLUTION: This fixture is composed of a metal pipe 1 to be soldered to a printed wiring board and a cap 2 made out of synthetic resin. On the inner circumferential surface of the pipe 1, a screw hole 11 is formed. The cap is composed of a disk part 21 whose upper surface is flat, and fitting pieces 22 which droop from the rear of the disk part 21 and are separated by a cut groove 22a, and they are united into a body. At the tips of the fitting pieces 22, claws 22b are formed. And a manufacturer who purchases this puts the pipe 1 to which the cap 2 has been fitted into the hopper of a chip mounter, adsorbs the upper surface of the cap 2 to be taken out, and put it on the solder of the printed wiring board similarly to other electronic components. And the pipe 1 is soldered along with the electronic components by causing the printed wiring board to pass through a solder furnace. |
