PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reexamine even a rejected schedule again according to a variety of changes in state by discriminating a rejected schedule which becomes acceptable among rejected schedules as a schedule is canceled. SOLUTION: A main containing schedule management information is transmitted and stored in a mailbox 4A. A tool 4B once deciding the mail concerned in a schedule managing process extracts the schedule management information and registers it in a schedule data base 4C constructed on an HDD 4. The tool 4B adds a specific symbol P for discrimination when a schedule put in a rejection field becomes acceptable as the state changes according to the specification of a user. When the indication that one schedule is canceled is mailed, the schedule in the rejection field which is given the discrimination symbol P indicating that the schedule can be employed is extracted and displayed on condition that the canceled object is a schedule in an acceptance field. The user reexamines whether or not this schedule is acceptable. |
