PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equally perform charging to data recording by inhibiting the data recording to be simultaneously performed by plural recording devices while using a recording permit signal to be transmitted/received corresponding to a recording request. SOLUTION: Received data from a set top box(STB) 1 are supplied to plural recording means 5 and 6 connected on a digital interface 4, and the recording means is provided with recording request generating circuits 5a and 6a for generating recording request flags and outputting them onto the same bus when there is the recording request from a user. When the recording request flag is outputted from the 1st recording means, the recording request flag is detected by a recording request detection circuit 5b of the 1st recording means 5, its own output recording request flag is judged, and the recording permit signal of the received data is outputted to a recording medium 5c. The 2nd recording means 6 confirms that its own recording request is not outputted, and the recording inhibit signal of data is outputted to a recording medium 6c. Thus, the simultaneous recording of received data at the plural recording means can be inhibited and equal charging to data recording is enabled. |
