Flue gas desulphurisation process for steam boiler

Flue gas from a scheme boiler is subjected to a desulphurising process in which very fine absorption or absorption particles are provided in a lime milk suspension which is sprayed into the rising hot gas, so that precipitation takes place in a separator positioned downstream of the boiler. Preferably the kinetic energy of the particles is such that the adhesion force between individual particles is overcome.
