PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small non-contact data carrier package with high communication ability by improving the magnetic flux density of an antenna coil with the combination of an antenna coil and a magnetic part. SOLUTION: The non-contact data carrier package is composed of an armor case 1, the antenna coil 2, a substrate 3 on which an IC chip 3a is mounted, a bobbin 4, the magnetic part 5 and hardening resin 6. A cylindrical hollow part passing through the upper/lower part of the bobbin is provided for the bobbin 4. The magnetic part 5 is inserted into the hollow part. The antenna coil 2 is fixed to a prescribed position in the armor case 1. The non-contact data carrier package can improve the magnetic flux density of the antenna coil 2 by the combination of the antenna coil 2 and the magnetic part 5. Thus, a communication distance can be prolonged without enlarging the diameter of the antenna coil 2. Then, the non-contact data carrier package with high communication ability can be obtained although it is small. |
