PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Japanese paper-like pulp paper but not blotting an ink, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This Japanese paper-like pulp paper comprises a support layer comprising a Japanese paper-like pulp paper containing non-wood pulp as a main component and a surface layer formed on at least one surface. Therein, the surface layer comprises pulp paper containing the cane-lined pulp of sugar cane as a main raw material. The method for producing the pulp paper similar to Japanese paper-like pulp paper, comprises laminating wet pulp paper containing the cane-lined pulp of sugar cane to at least one surface of a support layer comprising a Japanese paper-like pulp paper containing non-wood pulp as main component, pressing the laminated paper to remove water contained in the laminated paper, and subsequently drying the laminate on a drying drum. |
