A chlorinated vinyl chloride resin composition containing a chlorinated vinyl chloride resin which has a polymerization degree of from 600 to 1500 prior to chlorination and a chlorination degree of from 62 to 70 wt. %, an impact modifier, a stabilizer, a lubricant and titanium dioxide, wherein the content of zinc in titanium dioxide is 0.1 % or less, which has improved thermal stability.
