<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimming method by which the occurrence of loss in cost caused by scrapping of circuit boards and generation of cost by correction cost resulting from exchangings of trimmable parts can be prevented. SOLUTION: At adjusting the electrical characteristics of trimmable parts or a circuit board mounted with the trimmable parts by cutting off a part 1 to be trimmed with a laser beam 2, while the electrical characteristics of the parts or board are measured, whether or not the ending point (d) of laser irradiation, which is the trimming ending point of the part 1 to be trimmed from one end to the other end reaches the end section (e) of the part 1, is locally discriminated, and when the trimming ending point does not reach the end section (e), the electrical characteristics of the trimmable parts or circuit board is adjusted to a prescribed characteristics, by making position correction of the end point (d) to the end section (e) of the part 1.</p> |
