<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect precise room temperature even when means for preventing a thermal effect from an indoor heat exchanger to a room temperature sensor are not particulary provided. SOLUTION: An air conditioner comprises a casing 1 having a front surface opening 1a and an inlet grill 3 with which the front surface opening 1a of the casing 1 is covered. In the casing 1, an indoor heat exchanger is provided so as to face the front surface opening 1a. On the right side wall surface of the casing 1, an outside air communicating hole 20 is formed. A room temperature sensor is provided in the vicinity of the inside of the outside air communicating hole 20 of the casing 1. Outside air comes into contact with the room temperature sensor through the outside air communicating hole 20 of the casing 1, so that the room temperature can be detected without receiving the influence of the indoor heat exchanger.</p> |
