PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a control terminal to automatically operate a network terminal by recognizing sound based on standard sound patterns when sound is inputted from an operator and transmitting a command corresponding to a recognition result to the network terminal from the control terminal. SOLUTION: An operator's sound input is inputted to a sound input device 113 while a sound input signal is inputted to a sound recognition device 114, and is made to correspond to a command having the nearest sound standard pattern in an operation information storage device 112 so that the recognized command is outputted from the sound recognition device 114. Namely, an enlargement being the corresponding command is defined as an output of the sound recognition device 114 when a word recognition part judges that the input sound is the sound of a standard sound pattern A. A network transmission/ reception device 115 receives the command of enlargement and transmits the enlargement command to a network terminal 13. The enlargement command is outputted to a network terminal main body 133 and enlargement being the desired operation of the operator is executed.
