<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe member capable of increasing flexural rigidity and decreasing coefficient of friction so that pushing at the time of inserting into an electric cable pipeline is easy, push length can be extended, and a damage is prevented. SOLUTION: Nine ribs 2 extending in parallel with an axis 4 are provided along a circumferential direction of a peripheral surface at equal intervals. When a rib 2 contacts a flat plate 6 which is parallel with the axis 4 of a pipe member 1, two ribs 2a and 2b contacts the flat plate 6. By providing ribs 2 on the peripheral surface of the pipe member 1, a seam line 5 is strengthen to prevent a damage. At the time of pushing in the pipe member 1, the main body thereof is protected because the contact with a conduit tube made of concrete, iron, and the like is mainly performed by ribs 2. Furthermore, push length is extended by decreasing coefficient of friction and increasing flexural rigidity so that the laying area of a telecommunication cable using a pipe member such as subduct is expanded.</p> |
