<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable drawing a plurality of inner pipes en bloc into a duct, by connecting an arm in which a plurality of coupling rings for connecting inner pipes are installed, with a coupling member for drawing an inner pipe of a small diameter into a duct. SOLUTION: A coupling member 13 and two cylindrical rollers 17 on both sides of the middle part of the member 13 are rotatably attached to a piping jig 11 for drawing an inner pipe into a duct. A bolt 47 with a tension ring is screwed in the tip side of the coupling member 13. An inner pipe coupling tool 51 is fixed to the rear end side. In the inner pipe coupling tool 51, three coupling rings 55 are fixed to both ends of a rod type arm 52 and its central part, in order to be able to draw in three inner pipes at the same time. In this piping jig 11, 1-3 inner pipes are connected with the coupling rings 55, and tension material connected with the jig 11 is pulled back with a winch. Thus inner pipes are pulled in a duct (e.g. the inner diameter is 300 mm and the length is 35 m) together with the jig 11. The inner pipe is a corrugated polyethylene pipe or the like which has an inner diameter of 50 mm and is used as a conduit.</p> |
