PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder composition or slurry with excellent dispersibility, mixture storing stability and embrocation ease, and a lithium-ion secondary battery having electrodes made of the slurry which shows excellent charge/ discharge characteristics. SOLUTION: A polymer with gel content of 50% or more emulsified and polymerized using sodium alkyldiphenyl etherdisulfonate as an emulsifier and a binder composition of electrode for lithium ion secondary battery containing a liquid matter with bonding point from 50 to 350 deg.C are used for manufacturing the electrodes for a lithium ion secondary battery.
