PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a mobile unit power control system by which a mobile unit can make transmission even when the capacity of a battery of the mobile unit is less and that can enhance the communication quality of the mobile unit in its power control state. SOLUTION: A base station controller 3 applies power control to the mobile unit 1 by stepwise conducting any limit among call reception limit to the mobile unit 1, transmission limit of control information to be sent from the mobile unit 1 or reception limit of an information signal to be received by the mobile unit 1, on the basis of battery capacity information sent from the mobile unit 1. |
