An actuating shaft (7) connected to the internal actuator (8) is extended to the outside of the door, where it is rigidly attached to a pull handle. On the inside of the door is a twist lock (14-25) which can be set from the outside of the door and can only be released from the inside of the door. Preferably, the twist lock includes a slotted bolt (14) which can secure the shaft against turning.
