PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally control the dry condition of a liquid substance so that the lowering of productive efficiency due to excessive drying or a peel demolding failure after centrifugal molding is prevented from occurring and further, the dripping and thickness variation of the liquid substance due to insufficient drying are prevented from being generated, in a centrifugal forming method and device which form a product following the inner face shape of a mold by a centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the mold by drying the liquid substance while rotating the mold after injecting the liquid substance into the mold. SOLUTION: An endless film 2 made of a liquid substance centrifugally formed in a mold 1 while the mold 1 is rotated is heated by a non-illustrated heating means. During this heating process, the dry condition of the endless film 2 is detected by a photosensor having a light emitting element 4 which emits light to the endless film 2, and a light receiving element 5 which receives the light reflected on the surface of the endless film 2 after being emitted by the light emitting element 4. When the dry condition of the endless film 2 has not arrived at a desired condition, the rotation and heating of the mold 1 is continued, and when the dry condition is attained, the rotation and heating are stopped. |
