PURPOSE: A device for automatically producing a blood lancet is provided to produce the lancet while minimizing a diameter of the lancet and to transfer the lancet by readily absorbing the lancet. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic device is operated by receiving power from a power supply unit. One pair of pick up devices(200) absorbs a blood lancet from a blood lancet supply unit(100) by the pneumatic device. An absorptive transfer device(400) transfers the absorbed blood lancet to a metal mold(300) alternatively. An extruding device(600) extrudes the blood lancet by injecting a mold material in the blood lancet. A discharger device discharges the blood lancet completed by the extruding device.
