PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellently designed carton with a selected material of a label by sticking the label made of synthetic paper from a top plate toward a bottom plate. SOLUTION: A blank plate comprises a side plate 2 connected with a longer side of a top plate 1 via a crease 21 and a bottom plate 3 connected with the side plate 2 via a crease 22. It also comprises a side plate 4 connected with a longer side of the top plate 1 via a crease 23 and an adhesive plate 5 connected with the side plate 4 via a crease 24. A designed label 15 is stuck to the blank plate. The label 15 is stuck over a plurality of surfaces of a carton, wherein it is stuck from the top plate 1 over the crease 21, the side plate 2, the crease 22 and the bottom plate 3. Thus an excellently designed carton can be obtained.
