<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a data correcting work in an image entry system. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a character recognition processing means 32 for successively character-recognizing the data of items to be entered in a document image read from a slip 10, a look-ahead retrieving means 62b for successively retrieving the items to be inputted whose recognition is judged as improper from the result of the character recognition obtained by the character recognition processing means, a highlighting means 62c for highlighting the plural items to be inputted of the document image whose recognition is judged as invalid and which are judged as erroneous by the look-ahead retrieving means, a data correction inputting gleans 62a for inputting proper data in a prescribed order to the data input item area based on the highlighted item to be inputted, and a corrected result fetch processing means 33 for fetching the data input item area data corrected by the data correcting means and for outputting the data for data processing.</p> |
