PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse gasification power system capable of obtaining high power generating efficiency by effectively making use of refuse while treating it. SOLUTION: The system comprises a dryer 3 for drying refuse 1 to remove moisture therefore, a thermal decomposition furnace 4 for thermally decompose dried refuse deprived for moisture by the drier 3, a gas engine 16 driven by burning gas generated through thermal decomposition in the thermal decomposition furnace 4, a generator 17 driven by the gas engine 16, and a mixer 18 for mixing exhaust as discharge from the gas engine 16 with a part of thermal decomposition gas generated in the thermal decomposition furnace 4, burning the mixture gas and conducting the combustion gas as a heat source to the thermal decomposition furnace 4. |
