PURPOSE: An input/output device of getting on/off information of passengers is provided to selectively offer arrival information to passengers by inputting passengers' information before passengers get on. CONSTITUTION: An input device of passengers' information(2) receives the passengers' information such as a departure time, a departure place, an arrival place and a seat number information and outputs preset information. A function control device is equipped with an output button of passengers' information to output the information of passengers and the vehicle and equipped with a station/terminal control button to output an informing signal of the arrival place. A display device outputs the passengers' information by characters. A switching device(32) is equipped with many semiconductor elements to selectively output an informing signal of the arriving place by the stop/terminal control button. Informing devices of the arriving place generate the informing signals of the arrival place by installing in each passenger seat. A character memory(40) stores character data to output the information of passengers and vehicle by characters. A voice memory(38) stores voice data to inform the arrival to passengers acoustically. A main controller stores the passengers' information from the input device of the passengers' information in an internal control memory, outputs the information of passengers and the vehicle by the input device of passengers' information and the function control device and drives the informing device of the arrival place selectively. Thereby, the input and the output of the passengers' information are performed easily.
