PURPOSE: A method for marking lane of road is provided to depict road lanes and/or guidance lanes such as direction-changing lane and to paint with required colors capable of being easily identified by a driver and helpful for responding any driving conditions. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises forming a guidance lane(10) having 1/3 width of a separation lane(4) between a direction-changing lane such as a left-rotation lane(2) and a straight lane(3) parallel to the direction-changing lane; and painting both of the lanes with different colors to be distinguished. The method includes further a step of adding indications for entering and going straight to a left rotation and entering lane in case the road has only one left rotation lane.
