PURPOSE: A window and door system having dust-resistant and sealing function is provided to delay aging of movable parts of the system caused by vibration, to prevent vibration noise and to enhance sealing function by adapting specified structural elements for the system. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises insect-protection net(10) as a movable element having slits(15) continuously arranged at equal distances; a buffering element(32) attached to one side wall of a rail groove(28) of the net(10); and a rotatable dust-resistant tool(30) mounted within a concave groove(25) faced to the slits(15) at the other side wall of the rail groove(28). The movable element can be released from a holding case(5) at one side of a window frame body(20), especially, in case of the insect-protection net(10), a net(16) being attached to a thin frame(18) having a plurality of slits(15).
