PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-chip microcomputer capable of suppressing influence of the difference in process or layout shape to conversion accuracy, eliminating variation in conversion accuracy, and realizing a stable and highly accurate built-in DA converter circuit. SOLUTION: In the built-in DA converter circuit, each division voltage 113 to be inputted to an operational amplifier (A) is generated by dividing a specific reference voltage (Vref) by an R-2R resistance construction consisting of a resistor (RA) 101 and a resistor (RB) 102. The resistance value of each resistor (RA, RB) 101, 102 of the R-2R resistance configuration, in which variation due to dispersion in process or layout occurs, can be finely adjusted to an optimum resistance value at all times respectively to optimize each division voltage.
