PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a composite dielectric filter device in which isolation characteristics between adjacent filters are improved easily even when miniaturization is attained as a whole by using a small-sized dielectric block and a communication device with the composite dielectric filter device. SOLUTION: Internal-conductor forming holes 2a-2g are formed into the single dielectric block 1, and an external conductor 4 is formed onto the external surface of the dielectric block 1, while an external-conductor non-forming section 5 is formed on a boundary section among the transmission filters of the internal- conductor forming holes 2a-2c and the reception filters of the internal-conductor forming holes 2e-2g.
