PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide accurate output which does not depend on the size of parasitic capacitance. SOLUTION: This device has a plurality of pixels respectively provided with optic/electric converting elements, storage capacitor CTS for storing signals which are generated by light radiation from the pixels, storage capacitor CTN for storing signals from the storage capacitor CTS, first output line for reading signals out of the storage capacitor CTS, second output line for reading signals out of the storage capacitor CTN, transfer switch TSR1 for reading the signals of the storage capacitor CTS to the first output line, transfer switch TSR2 for reading the signals of the storage capacitor CTN to the second output line, amplifier 71 which is connected to the first output line, connecting a capacitor between an input part and an output part, amplifier 72 and which is connected to the second output line, connecting a capacitor between an input part and an output part and a differential circuit for differentiating a signal from the amplifier 71 and a signal from the amplifier 72.
