<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a hardly crackable material crackable in the state of an atm. pressure and to prevent the failure of pipings and discharge valves occurring in a high temp. and high pressure by heating a mixture formed by mixing the material to be cracked and a solvent to form superheated vapor and passing the superheated vapor through the inside of a reaction apparatus kept under the atm. pressure, thereby subjecting the material to be treated to a cracking treatment. SOLUTION: The fluorocarbon in a tank 21 for the liquid to be treated and the solvent in a solvent tank 22 are fed by fluid pumps 23, 24 into a vapor generator 15 where both are mixed in the case of the treatment of the gaseous fluorocarbon. At this time, the inside of the vapor generator 25 is previously heated by a heater 26, by which both are evaporated and the vapor mixture is formed. The vapor mixture is transferred into the piping 53 in a superheated vapor generator 51 by the vapor pressure of this time. The vapor is then heated by the heater 54 of the superheated vapor generator 51 and the superheated vapor is transferred to the reaction apparatus 27. This reaction apparatus 27 is previously superheated by a heater 29 and, therefore, the material to be cracked is subjected to the cracking treatment in this apparatus. The material is thereafter fed into a cooler 30 where the material is cooled and liquefied.</p> |
