<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card reader/writer wherein drawing and elimination are possible in a warped or bent rewrite card etc. and the card can travel in a conveyance passage even if the drawing or elimination of an image or a character is not performed. <P>SOLUTION: In the card reader/writer having a conveyance passage 102 for the card 101, a conveying means for moving the card 101 in the conveyance passage, a data elimination/recording/reproducing means for performing at least one of elimination, reading or writing of the data of the card 101 existing in the conveyance passage, and a visual elimination/drawing means for eliminating or drawing the image or character by using a heat reversibility material for the card 101, a pair of fixed rollers are provided in more than two parts of front and rear in a conveyance direction of the elimination/drawing means as a correction means for correcting the warp, the bend, etc. of the card 101, and a gap which is larger than the card thickness only by arbitrary values between 0.2 and 0.5 mm between the fixed rollers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
